What we collect

At ETB3HA (etb3ha.com) we only collect: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and order details. If you upload a design, we store those design files solely to fulfill your order.

Why we collect it

• To produce, print and ship your order correctly.
• To contact you about your order or design revisions.
• To send offers to newsletter subscribers only — you can unsubscribe anytime.
• To improve the store experience.

Your design files

Your artwork belongs to you. We use it only to print your order, never share it with third parties, and never use it in any advertising without your written approval.

Payments

All payments run through a secure gateway (PayMob) — we never see or store your card data.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies for the cart, language preference (Arabic/English) and a better browsing experience; you can control them from your browser settings.

Your rights

At any time you can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it permanently — email us and we act within 72 hours.

Security

The site runs on SSL, and all files are stored with encrypted, access-restricted storage available only to the responsible team.
