1. Returns & Exchanges

ETB3HA products are custom-made with your own artwork, so the following policy applies:

• Custom printed products: cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing or printing defect on our side.
• If there is a defect on our side: contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos, and we reprint and reship your order completely free of charge.
• Slight color differences: screen colors may differ marginally from actual print due to display differences — this is not considered a defect. We review every file before printing and notify you of any concerns.
• Unused ready-made products: can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition and packaging, minus shipping fees.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Custom orders are produced within 2-5 business days depending on the product.
• Shipping via Egypt Post takes 2-5 additional days for Cairo & Giza, and up to 7 days for Upper Egypt and remote areas.
• You receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp once the order is handed to the post office.

3. How to report an issue

Email us from the official website email with your order number and product photos. We reply within 24 business hours — and if the defect is ours, reprinting starts immediately.
